Sometimes a smile can say more and speak louder than words can.
A smile can travel faster across a room and change a person’s day, including yours!
Stressed out or having a blah day?
When you see your reflection take a moment to smile at yourself for 5-10 seconds, even if you don’t feel like smiling. Smiling at yourself can change your mood too.
