The FYC Board Game Night at Trafalgar was a great success!

We had tons of fun dancing and playing sports on the Kinect, and playing board games.
It was great to meet everyone that came out, and we hope you had as much fun as we did!

Congratulations to our Sheridan Writing Contest Winners!

The writing committee faced a difficult decision determining the top three entrants for this contest. Each entry submitted was well thought and creative and we thank all applicants for their participation.

Here are your three winners:

  • Walter Carrera – 1st place winner – Story titled “The Mystery of the S”.  Trafalgar student in the Bachelor of Interaction Design program
  • Min Seon Oh –  2nd place winner – Story titled “How To Survive A Week In Sheridan With Five Dollars”. Trafalgar student in the Bachelor of Animation program
  • Mohammed Abdosh – 3rd place winner – Story “Untitled”.  Davis student in the Computer Engineering Technology program

Meet and Greet!!

On Tuesday, March 24 from 4-7pm at the Coffee loft your FYC peer mentors will be holding a Meet and Greet game night with plenty of board games, video games and of course food and drinks! In addition to the games, we will also have a raffle and prizes!
Some of you may remember the Meet and Greet we held last semester, which was tons of fun and we hope to see you all this semester.
